Medscape - http://www.medscape.com - Free membership and lost of great information. Especially good for after you have your practice and need some reference materials.

Medscape Anatomical Line Drawings - http://www.medscape.com - A picture is worth a thousand words when trying to explain common illnesses and disorders to patients. Anatomical Line Drawings eliminate the need to manually sketch the body system as related to the pathology of disease - they have drawn the normal anatomy for you. Simply choose a category and the anatomical view which corresponds to your patient's condition. Then, print out the drawing and use it to sketch on while meeting with patients.
