This is a listing of the significant documents that pertain to the US Attorney's federal case against Joe Lavin and/or my companies that I still have in my possession. The majority of other documents were seized by the US Government when they raided my personal residence and the corporate offices of Wildflower Resort on March, 20 2007 and have still not been returned. It is impossible to thoroughly document the project and/or provide an adequate legal response of any sort without these thousands of pages of missing documents.  In addition, documents that relate to current negotiations and similar items are not included here.

    Character Reference Letters - These were the letters that I had the immense pleasure of receiving, reading, enjoying and then presenting to the judge at my sentencing. I think that everyone of us should have the opportunity to "attend their own funeral" and be able to hear how much our friends and family love us and how important we are to them. Although this is by no means a funeral, it was a really special opportunity that I would otherwise probably never had!
