Wildflower Resort and Golf Courses
Development
This is a listing of the
significant documents, media and other information that pertain to the Wildflower Resort and Golf
Courses development that I still have in my
possession. The majority of other documents were seized by the US
Government when they raided my personal residence and the corporate
offices of Wildflower Resort on March, 20 2007 and have still not been returned. It
is impossible to thoroughly document the project and/or provide an
adequate legal response of any sort without these thousands of pages of
missing documents. In addition, documents that relate to current
negotiations and similar items are not included here.
ANZ Confirmation Letter Email (NTIC) and
ANZ Confirmation Letter (NTIC) - At this point we were expecting the
closing to happen by the last day of the month and funding within 10
days thereafter. Since we had the confirmation letter and other related
contracts in place, it was assumed by all that the transaction (from a
funding standpoint) was functionally complete.
