Seed

In a private world where fantasy and reality meet,

our bodies touch and our inhibitions melt in the heat.

I say, “I love you”, without making a sound,

and rejoice in the wonder that we have found.

Exploring our souls and searching our hearts,

amazed by how, in such a short time, we have journeyed so far.

Not wanting at all for this to end,

my newfound love, my newfound friend.

I deny my faith and choke on a belief,

what once was a comfort now seems like a thief.

A thief  so cold that it would strangle me so,

to show you my love is all that I know.

To feel your love is all that I need,

a garden of life from just a seed.
